By accessing or using properuditepropconcierge.com or any PropErudite / PropConcierge product (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by PropErudite & PropConcierge Services LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a firm registered in India providing real-estate advisory and technology products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services.

3. Preview registration

Registering for a product preview does not guarantee access. Slots are limited and allocated at our discretion. Information you submit must be accurate and current.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Services or interfere with their operation.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, product names and software on the Services are owned by or licensed to PropErudite & PropConcierge Services LLP and are protected by applicable IP laws.

6. No investment advice

Content on the Services is for information only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice. See our Disclaimer for more.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
